I have always been passionate about learning the insurance industry from the inside out. Health insurance is one of the most important decisions an employer, employee, or family can make, and I believe people deserve clear guidance, practical options, and dependable support when making those decisions.

 

My work is centered on helping employers in Wisconsin and Minnesota navigate employee benefits with confidence. I enjoy collaborating with business owners, HR teams, and employees to solve challenging benefit needs and build strategies that make sense for the organization and the people it supports.

 

I have many years of experience working with self-funded groups, particularly employers with 25 to 500 employees. My background allows me to understand both the technical side of benefits and the real-world concerns employers face when managing cost, access, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

 

I currently live in Chippewa Falls and work from my office in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. I also enjoy traveling to meet new customers, learn about their businesses, and build relationships face-to-face. I believe strong service starts with understanding people, not just policies.

 

Outside of work, you will usually find me fishing, spending time with my wife, Barbara, or enjoying life with our three dogs: Tulip, our Shih Tzu; Marty, our Shih Tzu-Bichon; and Coco, our youngest Shih Tzu.

 

My education and background have shaped how I serve my clients. I served in the U.S. Navy as an Electrician, earned an Associate Degree in Marketing, and hold a Bachelor of Business Administration. That combination of service, technical discipline, business education, and relationship-focused experience helps me bring a steady, thoughtful approach to employee benefits.
